Nick Deakin is a freelance artist and illustrator who currently lives in the UK and has an edgy and unforgettable style. His style is graphic yet personal, urban with a touch of rural, tactile and flat at the same time. His characters are highly stylized and yet familiar. I'm a big fan of his work and love the way that when he creates something, he doesn't just conform to the format, he utilizes it and makes it part of the piece.
